Interactive Oriental Stir Fry Station
- Your choice of beef, chicken, shrimp or pork. Accompanied with a variety of crisp vegetables, steamed rice and fortune cookies.
Interactive American Themed Station
- Chicken wings, beef sliders, franks in a blanket or BBQ pork sandwiches, potato salad and cole slaw.
Interactive Italian Themed Station
- Mini pizzas, mini calzones, meat balls, artichoke dip with pita chips and caesar salad.
Interactive Oriental Themed Station
- Stir fry with one meat and one vegetarian choice, egg rolls, spring rolls, potstickers and choice of white or fried rice.

- Mini flautas, empanadas, southwest chicken patties, rice, beans, chips and salsa
Interactive Sake Shrimp Station
- Wheat noodles, shrimp, vegetables flamed with sake and a ginger glaze. Served in white Chinese take out boxes.
Interactive Chocolate Fountain Station
- Choose from 5 different items: Fresh strawberries, fresh pineapples, pretzels, marshmallows, cookies, etc.
Interactive Champagne Bar
- Served in colored sugar rimmed glasses with fresh strawberry or raspberry.
Interactive Fajita Station
- Choose from beef, chicken or vegetable fajitas prepared in front of you by our chef. Served with sour cream, salsa and flour tortillas.
Interactive Mashed Potato Station
- Mashed potatoes served in a disposable martini glass. Top with your choice of grated aged cheddar cheese, bacon bits, scallions, chives, sour cream, burgundy mushroom gravy or lobster bisque.
Interactive Pasta Station
- Select two types of pastas, two types of sauces and three accompaniments.
- Pasta: Penne, Fusilli, Three Cheese Tortellini
- Sauce: Marinara, Alfredo, Basil Pesto
- Accompaniments: Italian Sausage, Sweet Peppers, Parmesan Cheese Mushrooms, black olives, garlic and onions.
- Served with garlic bread.

Jumbo shrimp in a shot glass with cocktail sauce and a lemon wedge.
Antipasto Station
A selection of imported and domestic cheese, salami, pepperoni, ham, artichoke hearts, mixed olives and roasted peppers served with assorted artisan breads.
Cold Seafood Bar
Choose one, two or three items: Shrimp, clams, oyster on the shell, seasonal crab legs served with lemon wedges, cocktail sauce and hot butter.
Sushi Bar
California Rolls, Nigiri, Smoked Salmon, Spicy Tuna Rolls, Vegetable Rolls (minimum of 50 guests)
Paella Station
Saffron, red bell peppers, rice and chorizo with Shrimp, scallops, mussels and/or chicken.
Asian Tempura Vegetable Station
Broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini & mushrooms fried in a light tempura batter. Served with a ranch dressing.
Satays/Kabobs Station
Beef kabobs with green/red bell peppers & onions. Chicken kabobs with pineapple and onions. Chili Lime Salmon Satay
Chocolate Covered Fruit Station
Strawberries, apples and bananas.
Dessert Station
